Join us each Sunday! We offer Godly Play for ages 3-grade 3, and Middle School (grades 4-8) classes, too

Godly Play lessons are for children ages 3-grade 3. This time of wonder and learning is led by certified Godly Play teachers and doorkeepers, who gladly invite children into the circle to hear stories and parables, enjoy a feast, and take time for the good work of play. We meet at 9:45am in our beautifully appointed classrooms (this gives caregivers a few minutes to settle themselves for their own worship experience at 10am in the sanctuary). Latecomers and newcomers are always welcome; no need for pre-registration. Godly Play runs from September – May.

Children (babies, too!) are always welcome at worship in the sanctuary, as well. They may join their caregivers and friends in the pews, or play in their own dedicated space near the narthex (with special toys, books, and rocking chairs). People of all ages appreciate the themed coloring pages and activities also available there.

Lighthouse! Our middle school youth (grades 4-8, give or take!) are invited to their own space in the Library, off the Parish Hall, for 20 minutes of conversation, learning, activities, and challenges – each Sunday following worship. Classes explore topics such as “Who Knew? Walking Through the Service of Holy Eucharist” and “Super Psalm: Exploring Psalm 23, The Lord is My Shepherd”.  Classes run from September through May; join any Sunday, no pre-registration required. . . grab at snack at Coffee Hour and join us!

In the summer, children of all ages are invited for “Faith & Fun Summer Sundays” – informal themed activities are offered during the first part of worship time. Children join their families and friends in time for Holy Communion.
