Heart to Heart Sunday

On Sunday, February 12th, following our 10am service, our parish will feature several activities with your hearts as the focus: blood pressure monitoring, hearing test, pathways to stop smoking, heart-healthy foods and opportunities for sharing your time and talent in our community and beyond. Join us and listen with your heart!

Stewardship/Outreach Collaborative Team

Next meeting will be held on Sunday, February 19th following the 10am service. All interested are invited to come and hear what’s on the horizon for our Parish in 2012!

Shrove Tuesday & Ash Wednesday

Shrove Tuesday is February 21st and the Pancake Dinner will be held in the Parish Hall starting at 6:00pm. Pancakes, eggs, saugages and more will be served. Hosted by our Pre-Confirmation and Confirmation Classes.

On Ash Wednesday, February 22nd, the Imposition of Ashes will take place at 7am and 7pm.

The 7am service will be informal: “Ashes to Go.” The 7pm service will include the Liturgy of the Day.

Lenten Soup Series

Join us for this 5-week Episcopalian educational opportunity and enjoy homemade soup and break bread together. Begins February 26th immediately following our 10am service. Approximately one hour per week.

A Progressive Lenten Series

In collaboration with St. James in Groveland, St. Paul’s in North Andover, All Saints in West Newbury and St. Paul’s in Newburyport, each church will host one Wednesday evening in Lent for a simple supper, Bible study and prayer. St. James in Amesbury will host the first event on Wednesday, February 29th from 6 to 7:30pm. Child Bible Study activities will be available. If interested please call our office at 978-388-0030 and leave your name and telephone number so we may call you back with confirmation. For the other Progressive Lenten Series events, please contact the respective churches listed above.
